Rob Grayson - Fitness Coach & Body Boot Camp Owner

Rob is a former marathon coach who helped thousands of people complete their first marathon. He is also a graduate of a professional cooking school. Rob developed Body Boot Camp in order to combine his love of fitness with his passion for healthy food and nutrition. Rob writes the Boot Camp Nutritional Blog which is full of information about food and nutrition and contains lots of healthy recipes.  Rob is a certified trainer through the AMFPT (American Muscle and Fitness Personal Training Program).

Kacie - Fitness Coach

Kacie has worked in the fitness industry for over 8 years and graduated from SBCC with a degree in Physical Fitness. She is also certified as a trainer through the AFAA and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine.) Her advanced skill level and high energy provides participants with fun and effective workouts.

 

Nicole - Fitness Coach

Nicole is a graduate from Cal State with a major in Kinesiology - Emphasis in Exercise Science. Nicole is also a certified trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She has been in the fitness and physical therapy industry for 7 years. Nicole is a lifeguard, swim instructor, and kickboxing instructor. She is an outstanding coach who knows how to motivate people.

 

Abby - Fitness Coach

Abby is an experienced professional with a BS in Kinesiology from Westmont College. She provides the highest level workouts which have become synonymous with Boot Camp Training. Abby has worked for various fitness clubs nationwide. She is also a marathon runner who is always looking for that next race. We are extremely happy to have her on our team.

 

David - Fitness Coach

David is an experienced professional fitness trainer as well as an active duty Commissioned Officer in the US Air Force. David provides unique military Boot Camp Style Training with the highest level workouts. From 2000-04 David trained Special Operations Officers Candidates while he was an instructor at the US Air Force Academy in Colorado. He is a fitness enthusiast that fits right in with the Body Boot Camp Team. Dave is a certified trainer through the AMFPT (American Muscle and Fitness Personal Training Program).

 
 

Kristina - Fitness Coach

Kristina specializes in group fitness activities such as core and abdominal work, fitness assessments including body composition, blood pressure, and other fitness testing as well as correct exercise form. She is also a certified spinning instructor. Kristina has experience on a variety of  nutritional topics and has implemented  lesson plans into exercise activities for diabetic patients. Kristina is a great resource for our Boot Campers and is extremely motivated and dedicated to their fitness needs.

 
 

Tom - Office Manager

Tom was a career Marine who is dedicated to handling the ins and outs of getting the Boot Campers to where they need to be. He is a motivated liaison who keeps the Camps up and running. Most of the time he will be your first contact with Body Boot Camp. While our team of professionals are out in the trenches with the Boot Campers - Tom is in constant contact with all of the coaches giving them everything they  need to make us the # 1 Program in town.
